- Castle Performance Stage: Set as a medieval castle, the museum's dress-up area and stage are a most popular exhibit. Children may choose from our costumes to entertain the audience with original productions.
- Creative Kitchen: Imaginative play is hard at work in the kid-sized kitchen. Tables, chairs, customized cabinets, and even pretend food are all scaled down to kid-size to encourage dramatic role-playing.
- Lowe's Workshop: Sponsored by Lowe's Home Improvement, the workshop offers children a chance to create a doorstop or other simple project. Tools, tape measures and Mec construction toys add to the learning.
- Post Office: Real mailbags and postal carrier attire allow guests to sort mail, deliver mail, and learn about the postal system.
- Puppet Theaters: Three Rivers Children's Museum plays host to two puppet theaters; a clown theater and a barnyard theater in the toddler area.
- School Bus: Complementing the museum's Magic School Bus classes, a large yellow school bus created by local Eagle scouts allows children of all ages the opportunity to play bus driver on an imaginative trip.
- Toddler Play Area: Helping moms safely contain the younger of our guests, the toddler area toys are age-appropriate for newborns to toddlers. This area features a train table, books, a barnyard puppet theater, and more.
- Union Pacific Train: Wannabe engineers of all ages enjoy flipping the switches and driving in the train's engine, while more refined travelers enjoy a bit of pretend cuisine in the dining car.
- U.S.S. Friend-Ship: The museum's boldly-colored ship features an authentic galley, observation deck, captain's wheel, and unique slide exit.
